arrogant, unfeeling, rude bordering on bulling behaviour, I left his clinic in a state of shock. The thought of going back to see him again is upsetting. If I didn't have a support net work to help me with the emotional fall out from seeing him I think I would be in a very dark place.

Dr Scarsten has been kind attentive and excellent help to my daughter he sees her at The hazels clinic Llandrindod wells

I found Dr Anders Skarsten to be dismissive, belligerent and casually offhand about serious personal matters. At our meetings he was repeatedly rude and distasteful. One time that I refered to him as "Mr Skarsten", he replied in a hostile, laughing way, "That's DOCTOR Skarsten to you." In one meeting with about 8 other professionals present, he openly laughed at me, stating "no one believed" what I had said, despite the fact that no one else there had set eyes on me before and none of them had been permitted to speak.
Some time later, I found out accidentally that I had been diagnosed with a condition, without being told, and I am now in the process of trying to find out when and why, so that I can contest it.
I would not trust this man at all.

i've been under the care of this doctor for years and found him helpful, and attentive.
the time is limited with him and the number of time you can be seen due to him been very busy.

I found this doctor to be hostile, causing a very unpleasant atmosphere and he was more interested in listening to the sound of his own voice than listening to me, the patient. He definitely came across as totally uncaring and uninterested in what I had to say. He also boasted regarding material things. I consider him unprofessional. I have decided not to attend any further appointments as I felt worse after my appointment with him. He's also argumentative and seemed to mock me. It seemed deliberate. This is my personal view of him, an unpleasant man.
